Returns and Refunds Policy

At Floriach Archives we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This Policy sets out the conditions under which you can exercise your right of return or request a refund in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, on the Defense of Consumers and Users).

1. Right of withdrawal (voluntary return)

In accordance with current regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to justify the reason .

However, Floriach Archives does not accept returns or exchanges , except in the cases detailed below:

• 
  If the product has manufacturing defects or damage .
  
• 
  If the item received does not match the order placed.
  

In all other cases, returns are not accepted , as we work with limited garments, individually controlled and with specific handling and hygiene conditions.

👉 Legal exceptions to withdrawal:
No returns will be accepted in the following cases (art. 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007):

• 
  Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  
• 
  Customized products or products made to order .
  
• 
  Items that have been used, washed, or handled beyond their initial inspection.
  

2. Conditions for accepting a return

In cases where a return is possible (due to a defect or shipping error), the item must:

• 
  Be unused and in its original condition , with tags, packaging and accessories included.
  
• 
  It must not have stains, odors, signs of washing, or damage resulting from use.
  
• 
  It must be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
  

3. Return procedure

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, follow these steps:

   Send an email to floriacharchives@gmail.com indicating:
   
   
   Your full name.
   
   
   Order number.
   
   
   Problem description.
   
   
   Clear photographs of the defect or damage.
   
   
   
2. 
   We will evaluate your request and confirm whether a refund or exchange is applicable.
   
3. 
   If approved, we will provide you with the shipping address for the return of the product.
   

Return shipping costs will be covered by Floriach Archives only if the error or defect is our responsibility. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the same original payment method, within an estimated 5 to 10 business days .

Please note that:

• 
  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
• 
  If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  

5. Order cancellations

It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been confirmed and processed.
If it has not yet been shipped, you can request an exchange for another item of the same value by contacting us at floriacharchives@gmail.com as soon as possible.

6. Items damaged during shipping

If the package arrives damaged or with signs of tampering, we recommend that you refuse it at the time of delivery or contact us immediately, attaching photos of the packaging and the product.
