Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. , which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services online.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for justified reasons, such as:

Product prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT in force in Spain .

Floriach Archives does not store users' bank details.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Orders are shipped via external courier companies.
The estimated delivery times for mainland Spain are 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, accidents, customs delays, etc.).

9. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without needing to provide justification, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 .

To do this, you must contact us by email at floriacharchives@gmail.com indicating your order number.

Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once the product has been received and verified, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

Floriach Archives processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) .
